This series of projects produced independent and curated branding for local realtors and allowed me to explore how color influences perception, decision-making, and emotional response in purchasing behavior.


The goal was to design a buyer’s guide that helps users confidently navigate buying decisions—transforming something subjective into something intuitive, while acting as a value added for an agent's clients.

Most buying decisions —whether for products, interiors, or personal items—are driven by instinct, not clarity. People often struggle to articulate why they’re drawn to a certain home or how those rooms will function look in person. This leads to hesitation, mismatched expectations, or regret after purchase. While smaller purchases can lend itself to refunds as a way to "make it right," the purchase of real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most individuals will make in their entire lives.


Therefore, an agent's branding, information materials, and ability to present the final product (especially for new construction) for clients is crucial to the success of a deal and client satisfaction.

There is a lot of legal definitions and terms when it comes to contracts, and the general buying and purchasing contracts for real estate.


The first two consultations were just sifting through all of the information my client wanted to put in the booklet and breaking it down into something that was more digestible.


The color and feel of the Buyer's Guide Booklet was rust orange.


The second request was for the personal branding color to be a salmon or a faded blush pink. The color itself was difficult to work with for the purpose of building professional confidence because it subconsciously generates a perception of being gentle, delicate, emotional. Whereas real estate needs revolve around trust, negotiation, and financial competence.

Buyer's Guide

Local agents in Omaha were searching for ways to differentiate themselves in a market of nearly 7000 agents. I designed personalized Buyer's guides for realtors focusing on color, typography, and design.

Marketing Materials

Advertising often becomes a cluttered mess. There is usually too much information that distracts from the main message. I became the go-to for local realtors that wanted clean messaging while adhering to their brand signatures whether it be color, image, or etc.
